Motorola MOTOSMART MIX XT550 is bringing the beats to China
When music is such an inspirational thing to many people, some hope to see it as a central focus with certain smartphones – like how we find Beats Audio support with many of HTC’s recent smartphones. Well, long time veteran phone maker Motorola is making that same leap, but this new device is actually China bound.
Today, Motorola announced that they would be bringing to market the MOTOSMART MIX XT550 – a smartphone that’s geared for “people who really care about music.” Just peering over at the accompanying rendered image, one can judge right away that it caters to the music oriented crowd with its “high-quality headphones” and dedicated music key.
Aside from the rich audio experience it’s mentioned to deliver, the Motorola MOTOSMART MIX XT550 features a generous 4-inch display, 3-megapixel rear camera, front-facing VGA camera, 1,750 mAh battery, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Dolby Mobile software, SRS WOW HD enhancements, and an exclusive on the Sina Micro Music app.
Even though we know that it’s China bound, there is no exact mention of a release date, and at the same time, we’re still in the dark regarding its pricing. Nevertheless, we’re certain that some light will be shed on it in the near future.
