We're probably going to get this one confirmed in less than a day, but for those anxious to know where they can get LG's
Android Wear 2.0 smartwatches, here are a few details that we've just received in our tips inbox.
Apparently, AT&T has already started to receive the display items needed to showcase the
LG Watch Sport. We've obtained what a appears to be an AT&T document showing a shelf display for the said smartwatch.
The document doesn't contain any information related to prices or availability, but
rumor has it that Google will introduce both the LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style smartwatches on February 8.
The wearable devices are likely to go on sale one or two days later, but we're not sure they will be available on AT&T starting this week. Based on
previous reports, the LG Watch Sport should cost around $350, while the
LG Watch Style will be much cheaper at $250.
Keep in mind that AT&T might not be the only carrier in the United States to offer one or both of Google's new Android Wear 2.0 smartwatches, but for now, it's the only one that we've managed to confirmed.
