LG X style (X skin) shows off its thinness in this promo video
Officially announced last week, the LG X style is one of the 6 new LG smartphones that are part of the company's 2016 X series (the other five handsets being the LG X cam, LG X screen, LG X power, LG X mach, and LG X max).
While there's no word on when the LG X style will be available to buy, it should happen pretty son, as LG today revealed a promo video that showcases the device. The video doesn't present any specs, instead concentrating on the fact that the X style is a 6.9mm-thin phone with an arguably stylish design. Also revealed are the handset's three color versions: white, black, and gold.
Feature-wise, the LG X style is not exactly an attention grabber. Running Android Marshmallow, the phone sports a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage space, and a 2100 mAh battery are on board as well. All this means that the LG X style will probably not cost too much.
In South Korea (and possibly in other markets, too), the LG X style will be called X skin - likely to underline its skinny profile. At the moment, we don't know if the LG X style / X skin will be launched in the US, but we're going to let you know as soon as we find out.
