KitKat update for the Note 3 Neo, Galaxy S4 mini, Grand 2, and Mega 6.3 coming this month, 3G S III is a no-go

Another leaked slide from Samsung comes our way, and this time it is showing the latest Android KitKat upgrade schedule for a bunch of midrangers from the company. The biggest news here is that a KitKat update for the international non-LTE version of the Galaxy S III is a no-go, despite that Samsung had it scheduled in previous update leaks.

For those phone which are getting the Android 4.4.2 update, however - the Galaxy S4 mini, Galaxy Grand 2 duos, Galaxy Mega 5.8 and 6.3, and the Galaxy Note 3 Neo - the software will roll out over the air as soon as this month. As usual, the timing will be different for the different models in various countries, and on different carriers. In any case, the long wait is over, and all the goodies that arrive with Android KitKat like the immersion mode, tunnel audio, and the translucent interface style, will be finally arriving to your trusted Samsung midranger, about eight months after the KitKat update was announced.
