Although it might have eluded us all initially, especially when fine print can some times be overlooked, but we might have a clear pricing on the upcoming Dell Streak 7 for T-Mobile.
Taking a meticulous look at the product page for the Dell Streak 7 on T-Mobile's web site, there is a footnote at the bottom of the page that contains some explicit details – “$82.50 down payment, plus 3 monthly payments of $82.50, required.” This appears to be the carrier's pricing for their Equipment Installment plan which basically allows customers to pay for their new devices in four interest-free installments.
Doing the math, we find that the Dell Streak 7 will have a price tag of $330 – which is just slightly less than the $350 Samsung Galaxy Tab. Still, it would be very attractive if it were lowered to the rounded priced of $300 with a contract. Nonetheless, T-Mobile has yet to officially come out regarding pricing for the tablet, but this recent uncovering does paint an accurate portrayal of what to expect.
