We received an anonymous tip today claiming to provide the first glimpse of the oft-rumored Google Nexus tablet. Running it through the paces in Photoshop raises a few alarms, and if we had to guess we'd say the screen appears to be "set into" the tablet using the Inner Shadow layer style in Adobe's popular image editor; at the least it doesn’t appear to have been generated as a traditional press render.
On the other hand, it doesn’t differ substantially from what we’d expect the Google tablet to look like, so even if it’s not official, it probably isn’t far from what we can expect in the finished product.
