Passing through the Chinese version of the FCC, the HTC One Max has been snapped again, getting ever closer to its release. The handset, naturally, resembles very much the One and One mini in terms of design, but adds that rear animal - a fingerprint scanner - that we are also seeing in Apple's new iPhone 5s.
The huge display, reportedly a 6-incher, gets officially shown, as well as the UltraPixel camera on the back and some sort of dock connectors on the side. The fingerprint sensor was already reported to be very accurate by a tester, so all that is left now is for HTC to unveil the phablet officially, and tell us excatly how it intends to put the unorthodox finger scanning technique to good use. The source mentions October 15th as the possible release date, which is not that far away.
