Google Glass will tour the U.S. with the first stop being Durham, North Carolina
With Google Glass expected to become an everyday consumer product in 2014, Google plans on taking the device on tour in the U.S. This way the country can get more acquainted with the connected specs, on the vanguard of the wearable devices era. On the Google+ page for the connected specs, Google announced the tour and said that it will begin on October 5th in Durham, North Carolina.

If you are interested in attending the Durham event, you can click on the sourcelink to RSVP. The event will take place on the American Tobacco Campus, Bay 7, from 10am to 6pm. And there will be "local snacks and beverages" on hand.

Google hasn't announced the rest of the tour yet, but if you can't make the event in Durham, perhaps there will be one closer to you.
