Finally! Disa is the new chat app to unite all your messaging services
Juggling WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and texting at once? Your family is still on Facebook, your girlfriend sends texts, and you share a WhatsApp group with your bowling buds, we've all been there.
Enter Disa. The new unifying messaging platform just went out of the alpha testing period, and is now in beta. It basically lets you gather your messaging and chat services under one pretty roof. For now it ships with texting and Facebook chat support out of the box, while you can use plugins to add WhatsApp to the mix, but more services will be added as the platform matures, and Disa will be available for iOS, too.
The beauty of Disa is not only the unified process that is gentler on battery life and CPU power, but also the fact that you can merge thread conversations from different services, color code them, record and send audio messages, and a bunch of such extra functionality. Even with the current beta tag you can load the two most used messaging services - Facebook and WhatsApp, in addition to your phone's default texting client, so take it for a spin from the source link below, if you are interested.
