Colorful Moto Z render teases this week's launch
Motorola's got a big announcement coming up on June 9, and all signs point to the company getting ready to launch its next Android flagship, the modular Moto Z. We've already been all over what to expect from this smartphone (or rather, smartphones), and as we're nearing the zero hour, it doesn't look like we're in for any huge surprises. But just because we've got a solid handle on what Lenovo/Motorola's likely to bring us doesn't mean we're not curious to learn more, and today the latest evidence for the Moto Z comes to us in the form of what appears to be a leaked teaser.
The image quality's not great (hence all that banding), but the render's sharp enough, and the handset it shows us sure appears to be a good fit for what we've seen already of the Moto Z: same side button layout, and that disc of a camera hump.
Existing renders have painted the picture of several color styles for the Moto Z, including the three that are being referenced here: silver, gold, and a model with a black back but a rose gold (can we just call it pink?) edge.
In any case, we'll have the full story in practically no time at all, as we look forward to Thursday's launch news.

While users should be able to customize the Moto Z to their wishes with the help of alternate back panels (adding that extra modular functionality in the process), those three may be it when it comes to trim options, especially if the Moto Maker isn't back in full force this time around.
