Check out these concept renders of the Apple iPhone 8
Concept renders of the Apple iPhone 8
Ok, we just showed you the latest CAD design for the Apple iPhone 8, which suggests that the Touch ID feature will be embedded under the screen. As you might recall, even though the iPhone 8 is believed to carry a 5.8-inch OLED display, as much as .65-inch of the screen will be used for the embedded Touch ID. Just in case the technology is not feasible, Apple is reportedly working on a plan "B," which would have the Touch ID button positioned on the back of the phone.
Today, a series of concept renders has been published, revealing what this so-called function area could supposedly look like, and how it will work. We can see this area being used for anything from notifications, virtual controls, and more.
Remember that the renders found in the slideshow are based on a concept. But they are based on comments from analysts like Ming-Chi Kuo, who has an outstanding track record when it comes to forecasting future iPhone models. Thus, these images might have some basis in reality.
