Apple's 4-inch iPhone SE may feature 4K video recording
According to a rumor revealed today by Apple Insider, the upcoming iPhone SE (previously known as iPhone 5se) could come with a rear camera that features 4K video recording. Reportedly, Apple is planning to release a promo video that showcases 4K footage shot entirely on the new iPhone model - likely making this one of the device's highlight features
If this rumor turns out to be accurate, the iPhone SE will become Apple's third smartphone to offer 4K video recording, after the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus from last year. As previously reported, the iPhone SE is expected to have a 12 MP rear camera with dual LED flash - this might be the very same unit that can be found inside the iPhone 6s. Another thing that the iPhone SE and the 6s series may have in common is the processor: Apple's dual-core A9.
Most likely, the iPhone SE will be officially announced next week, on March 21, when Apple might also unveil a brand new iPad Air. So, who's waiting for these next-gen Apple devices?

Like the iPhone 5s, which is now over 2 years old, the iPhone SE should sport a 4-inch display (its pixel resolution isn't known, but we assume it's 640 x 1136, just like on the 5s). Apple allegedly intends to sell the iPhone SE at prices similar to those of the iPhone 5s - starting at around $450. Needless to say, we expect the 5s to be discontinued once the SE hits shelves.
