Alleged renders show that Huawei P9 Lite does not have a dual camera
Huawei is about to unveil an alleged trio of smartphones in just a couple of weeks – the Huawei P9, P9 Max, and P9 Lite are about to make their debut on the 6th of April. Being the international flagship line for the company, there's obviously some buzz surrounding the handsets, especially considering that we are about to see the return of the dual camera sensor concept. The last time we saw a two-eyed snapper on a Huawei-made handset, it was on the honor 6 Plus, but getting one's hands on that handset was a rather tough endeavor and the hype for it seems to have died pretty quickly.
Back to the new P9 smartphones – earlier leaks suggested that all three of them will feature the dual camera setup, even the Lite variant, which is usually the “affordable” model with more midrange-ish specs. Well, it seems the rumor mill may have been wrong on that one.
Alleged renders of the back of the P9 Lite have been leaked and they show the phone sporting a pretty mundane, cyclops-grade, one-eyed camera. However, the good news is that we still see the back-mounted fingerprint scanner, so at least the Lite will have that going for it.
If it were reality, would you be excited about an affordable, dual cam-equipped Huawei?

Rumors say that the phone will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 SoC, 2 GB of RAM, and a 5-inch, 1080 x 1920 display. Though, at this point, this info may as well be off.
