Verizon Wireless selects Lucent for its EV-DO Rev A

Verizon Wireless announced its plan to deploy Lucent EV-DO Revision A technology into its nationwide network. The update will allow theoretical speeds of about 3.1 Mbps download and 1.8 Mbps upload speeds.
