A few web-sites posted rumors about a couple of inexpensive phones, which are about to be announced by Samsung:
Samsung C158 will be a cheap low-class candybar, featuring nothing but basic mobile phone capabilities, excluding the presence of camera, MP3 player and any other additional extras except the 65K color display. The source mentions neither release date nor price of the future device.
Samsung Solid will be a candybar, designed with special attention to the solidity, as it has rubber keys and rugged protective case against knocks. Being a tough device, Samsung Solid will most likely offer only VGA camera and 65K color display. According to the source, the phone will be launched with Orange in December at the price of £70 ($145/€100).
