BlueAnt is a manufacturer of various Bluetooth accessories, which are designed to be used with mobile phones and other portable devices supporting this technology. In its line, BlueAnt offers headsets, speakerphones, car kits and others.
Z9 is BlueAnt’s latest headset and is a feature rich unit with ultra compact dimensions and weight of only 0.35oz (10grams). The headset can pair to up to three devices simultaneously and the user can switch between them with a key-shortcut combination. BlueAnt claim that the two microphones will help for improving the sound quality when using their DSP system called “Voice Isolating Technology”. The “Frequency Correction” feature uses equalizer to tune both the outgoing and incoming sound, in order to improve the quality. The claimed talk-time is of 5 hours, which is very good for such small headset with DSP.
The BlueAnt Z9 will be available August 12, 2007.
